Top Notch is owned and operated by Central Florida residents Rodney and Ryan Yawn and long time friend and business partner Hubert Troutt from Gallatin, TN. Our mission statement and motto, "Where Satisfaction is TOP Priority," is what we strive to deliver to each and every valued customer.

Our "Top Notch" facility stores more than just RV’s. We have rates and spaces available for a wide variety of vehicles, ranging from cars and trailers to boats and buses. No RV or boat is too large or too small for us to accommodate. We offer low month-to-month rates for both open and covered storage, as well as a separate area for semi’s, dump trucks, and commercial vehicles. Our well-lighted facility offers 24-hour electronic access and digital surveillance cameras.

We are located at 14135 C.R. 455, just ¼ mile north of Hwy 50 behind the Publix shopping center in Clermont. We are presently offering each new customer a promotional rate of $2.50 ft. for open and $4.25 ft. for covered.
